At the top of the hierarchy we have “major goals” – these are short-term goals, for the upcoming few months. Under each “major goal” we have the results that you plan to achieve this month – to move towards achieving it. Under each “monthly result” we have the list of “weekly actions” that you commit to take each week, to achieve the “monthly result”.
To add a “major goal” tap the purple “+” button at the bottom of the screen and enter the major goal’s name.
Adding a “monthly result” is done by clicking the “menu” button of the relevant “major goal”, and then on “Add monthly result”.
Likewise, adding “weekly actions” is done by clicking the “menu” button of the relevant “monthly result”, and then on “Add weekly action”.
Whenever you complete a weekly action, achieve a monthly result or fulfill a major goal, mark it as done. At the end of each week, click the “delete done items” button to clear your list from all completed actions, achieved monthly results and fulfiled major goals.
